A.  Standard shipping: Up to 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).
Express shipping: Up to 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

Q. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
A.We are unable to amend online orders once the order has been confirmed. This ensures all orders are promptly processed and dispatched

A. Once an order is confirmed we are unable to amend delivery information.

A.  Skin sensitivities can be unpredictable. Although Alabasta products are natural and organic, it is always best to do a patch test or seek advice from a healthcare professional before use. If you experience a reaction please discontinue use
